The terms and conditions in this document are applicable to a valid reservation made on the website and represent the basic contractual conditions in the relationship between the seller and buyer.

The administrator of the website has the right to modify the terms and conditions, so we recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions displayed on the website before each reservation. These changes are valid from the date of their appearance on the website and cannot be applied to reservations made previously. For each reservation made on the website, the terms and conditions in force on the date of the reservation are valid.

In the case of a valid reservation, you accept without exception all the terms and conditions read here. By using the site, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed here.


A valid reservation is a reservation made by the buyer by filling in the reservation form or at one of the phone numbers on the website and confirmed by the seller.

By completing the online reservation form and sending it to the website, the buyer orders the services selected in the basket (the virtual shopping basket displayed on the website) and is responsible for the correctness of the data provided by him.

The e-mail address or phone number indicated incorrectly will lead to the non-honoring of the reservation and its non-validation, given the fact that the seller cannot contact the buyer to confirm the reservation.

The price of services

All prices displayed on the website are in lei. The room prices shown on the website can be changed without prior communication, without affecting the prices of already confirmed reservations. Prices include 9% VAT and 3% hotel tax. Prices may differ depending on the season, availability and demand. All invoices are issued in lei. If the payment is made with a card in another currency, the payment processor will convert it into lei.

For reservations sent through the form on the website or through an e-mail or telephone request, you will receive a proforma invoice that you can pay by bank transfer or through the link integrated in the invoice of the euplă platform. When paying by bank card, the following cards are accepted: Mastercard, Maestro and Visa or by Edenred, Up Romania or Sodexo Holiday Voucher card. The holiday card/Vacation vouchers are personal and can be used exclusively by their Holder, for mandatory accommodation services, to which meal services can be added. Vouchers must be within their validity period and not be destroyed / perforated / stapled / glued / bent / folded and the barcode must be intact.


In order to provide updated information, the website will be periodically modified. The modifications will be made to the content of the website and here we refer to information about products, descriptions, photos, prices, etc.The prices on the website may change if the seller considers it necessary. The owner of the domain is not responsible for the possible damages generated by the internet connection, for the use, copying or display of the website content, also disclaiming responsibility for any disadvantage that may occur due to software errors or othertechnical failures occurred on the server.

Payment in Advance and reservation guarantee

The reservation will be confirmed after you pay the price of the services requested in full or after establishing a percentage of the advance by mutual agreement. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with the proforma invoice for the advance payment. The deposit must be paid within 2 hours of the reservation date for reservations made less than 48 hours from the date of check-in. For reservations made more than 48 hours after the reservation date, the advance will be paid within a maximum of 48 hours. We do this in order to avoid bookings that are subsequently not honored and prevent other tourists from benefiting from accommodation at Villa Alice. The reservation is considered canceled if the payment deadline mentioned in the email is not respected or if the late payment is not announced.

Amount due

The rest of the payment related to the stay (if any in the case of a partial payment in advance) is paid upon arrival, by cash or bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

Cancellation or Modification Policy

The full advance payment or thedeposit is non-refundable. If you have any questions, you can contact us by email or phone. Villa Alice may cancel any booking immediately after a guest delays payment according to the terms and conditions at the time of booking or if a guest becomes insolvent or if the guest breaches any of the clauses stipulated in the terms and conditions page. Changing the reservation data such as the check-in date, the number of nights or the type and number of rooms can be done by mutual agreement only if there is availability.


In case of no-show of the guest (reservation not honored), the amount paid in advance is retained in full.


Rules regarding accommodation and stay

Check-in time: from 14:00

Check-out time: until 12:00 at the latest

An identity document (identity card or passport) is required for the accommodation procedure.The minimum age for accommodation according to the legislation is 18 years, in accordance with Romanian laws.The number of guests that will be accommodated in any hotel room will be strictly limited, according to the reservation.The hotel management reserves the right to choose for you the floor, type and position of the room depending on the availability from the date of your arrival.

If you notice a defect or a missing accessory in the room equipment, please notify the reception.The damage by the guests to any inventory object of Villa Alice attracts their material liability regarding the payment of damages at the values displayed in the list of inventory objects, found in the map in the room or on the internet page of the property.The hotel reserves the right to collect the value of any object appropriated by the hotel guest.If these damages/destructions are noticed after the guest’s departure (without the hotel having been notified beforehand), the hotel reserves the right to recover the value of the damage by charging the guest’s credit card, offered as a guarantee.

It is strictly forbidden to light any source of fire, including candles, fireworks and/or aromatic sticks inside the hotel and will attract penalties in the amount of 100 euros (the value in lei will be calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment).

Air conditioning

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.To open / close the system, to change the temperature or the device settings, please use the remote control.


A refrigerator is available in each room.At the reception there is a minibar where you can buy or order products via the phone in the room (interior 19).The products are paid for at the time of their delivery.


Digital and HD cable TV programs are available in every room in the Villa Alice.


Wireless internet is available free of charge in all rooms and common areas. The connection can be made from your mobile device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.); access the network with the best signal “Villa Alice” and enter the password received from the reception.

Additional requests

For additional requests during your stay, notify the reception. The room will not be entered, except with your permission, to check utilities and cleanliness, between 07:00 and 17:00, at the time set by you and communicated at the reception.


Luggage can be stored in the luggage room for a maximum period of 6 hours, free of charge. Storage costs will be charged for luggage left at the reception for more than 12 hours.


We do not practice a special dress code, but we recommend decency and respect for both the other guests and the staff.

Access to the common spaces of Villa Alice (hallways, terraces, reception, etc.) in a bathing suit is not allowed.

Discrimination is prohibited at Villa Alice. We do not tolerate and do not accept discrimination of any kind (race, color, religion, nationality, sex, marital or social status, age, ethnic origins or persons with disabilities).

Villa Alice reserves the right to refuse accommodation to intoxicated, rude or turbulent customers whose attitude and behavior damage the image of the guesthouse or disturb other guests.

Hidden, undeclared health conditions exempt Villa Alice from any responsibility.

Common spaces

Please keep quiet and do not disturb the peace of other tourists during the rest period (between 22:00 and 08:00).

Please do not run or climb on the windows and railings or practice various sports in the common areas, the staircase or the halls of Villa Alice. Any breach exempts Villa Alice from any liability.

Video surveillance

The common spaces are under video surveillance. We do not assume responsibility for items lost, forgotten or allegedly stolen from accommodation rooms.


Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the entire property (accommodation rooms and common spaces) according to the applicable legislation in force (Law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by Law 15/2016). We inform you that in each room there are detection sensors that detect cigarette smoke and trigger the fire alarm.

Villa Alice only has non-smoking rooms. If the provisions of this regulation are not respected, a fee of 150 euros/night will be applied (the value in lei will be calculated at the BNR rate on the day of payment), representing the room cleaning services. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.


Parking is free, subject to availability. Please park the vehicle in such a way that you occupy only one parking space and announce the number of the room and the vehicle at the reception. If “Do not park!” is displayed in front of some parking spaces. please do not park in those places.


Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.


We love animals, but pets are not allowed inside Villa Alice.


Please supervise your children. Villa Alice does not assume responsibility in case of accidents.

Please contact the reception immediately if you have lost your room access key. In order to issue a duplicate, it is necessary to identify yourself with an identity document and pay a fee of 50 euros (the value in lei will be calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment).

Protection and care for the environment

Environmental protection is a permanent concern at Villa Alice. We are aware of how important environmental protection is and are committed to minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment. We try to reduce pollution, emissions and waste. We use energy-efficient LED lighting to minimize electricity consumption. Linen and towels are changed on average every 3 days of accommodation (or sooner depending on the room classification) or at the customer’s request. To signal the change of linen or towels, guests are asked to leave them on the floor in the bathroom. Please do not use towels or linen for: wiping dyed hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels will be used strictly for body use.

Protection in case of fire

For the safety of our guests, we have taken all safety and protection measures in the event of a fire. There are smoke detectors and evacuation plans in every room and common space. On the inside of the door there is the escape plan with the room on the floor and the marking of the nearest emergency exit. Fire extinguishers, light signals for the escape routes and the evacuation plan are provided in the common spaces. The escape routes are signaled accordingly, according to legislation in force, with light elements, powered non-stop by separate energy sources.

Changes to terms and conditions

The terms and conditions may be modified at any time by Villa Alice without prior notification.

Questions and complaints

We reserve the right to debit the card of our guests, regardless of their wish, in at least the following cases:

– they left the premises of Villa Alice without paying for the services they received;

– caused degradation or destruction;

– they left with objects that do not belong to them and whose value they did not pay;

– they did not cancel the reservation by the set deadline.
